Creating a page for a country
Please copy the following code when creating a new page listing for a country.

Then replace all occurrences of COUNTRY_NAME_HERE with the country's name, i.e. Canada. Similarly, replace both occurrences of PROVINCE1_NAME_HERE with the first province that will be listed (list should be alphabetical), i.e. Alberta. Then continue to the next province, etc. until all the provinces of the country are listed. Also replace PROVINCE_TYPE_HERE with Province, State, etc. depending on the country.
Then you can click Save. Your page is now created!
Immediately after you are redirected/refreshed to show you the page you created, scroll to the bottom and click the tags button. Enter country into the box and click save tags. Then scroll again to the bottom and click the +options button, click the parent button, and enter world into the box and save parent page.
